I ordered this after reading 2 really positive Amazon ratings. The table wasn't too bad to figure out assembly, but the directions were totally unhelpful. Trial and error was a better method, but it worked out fine. The chairs, however, are very difficult to assemble. You need to do some drilling to get the seat of the chair to its frame, and there are no holes in the seat to attach it. Every chair is going to look a little different as a result. The directions are in chinglish - as if someone with a limited understanding of English translated them from Chinese. It'd be funny if they weren't so unhelpful. Also, putting the back of the chair onto the frame was really annoying and took at least half an hour per chair. My boyfriend and I spent at least 4-5 hours assembling 6 chairs (we ordered an extra two). I was thoroughly frustrated the entire time. They look really great now, but I feel I was misled about how easy the assembly is. Be prepared to spend at least 3-4 hours if you are handy getting everything together, and stay calm because there will be some frustration with every chair. I can't give more than 3 stars to a product that looks good but is really difficult to put together.
